Una revisión de Cancun Paradise Transfer

Wiki Article

We have heard about the rush hours in Cancun, but they really are not a joke. HappyShuttle was very helpful with our Cancun Airport Transportation since we didn’t know the city.

I was quoted 22 dollars a day. I ended up paying more than double that. I didn’t even pay for the insurance and I still payed more than double. It would be nice if the quote told you about fees instead of misleading you to think you’re getting a great deal.

Nothing. They did not have a car even though we booked one. We had to change our entire travel plans because of that. Horrible.

There is a maximum of 6 passengers per limousine transfer, with one piece of luggage and one carry-on per passenger

It is advisable to opt for a hotel with parking included if you are traveling with a rental car, Ganador it will provide a safe parking space. Otherwise, there are public parking lots like the free Playa Caracol, the Estacionamiento, or Playa las Perlas.

The car was terrible. It was completely beat up with significant dents on every panel. The right side mirror did not work. The battery connection was loose and the car didn’t start on multiple occasions.

Even though I reluctantly paid for the extra insurance despite having coverage through the credit card, the whole experience was easy and pleasant and I can't really complain. Everyone we dealt with was exceptional.

Also Kayak did not make Car insurance policies clear, and staff at Alamo were very aggressive at pushing their Insurance options. Their arguments with customers about insurance was one of the things slowing down the pickup/drop off line.

We went for the cheap and cheerful option and this was spot on. No frills but the pick up and drop off was extremely quick and easy.

I didn't feel bamboozled by the insurance situation. It was breezy renting from this Enterprise. Would totally rent from them again.

Staff wasted 3 hours of my time and then didn’t honor my reservation unless I paid 3 times the reservation price. They are crooks and their service is horrible.

The car was hard to argue that it was in Cancun Airport Private Transportation the same class Ganador what was represented, they do not honor the insurance that I purchased with kayak, and required the entire rental amount, plus 30% to have full coverage, otherwise and coverage under 100% requires very high deposits, up to $5000+ depending on what you rented.

When I got to the airport they didn’t have a car for me I didn’t pay the full amount of the rental agreement but I could make a new reservation but with the new rates which was 3 times the diferente price

Always check with your home insurance before renting in Mexico. The car was cheap to rent at 178.00 but mandatory liability added at $29 a day with $800 on hold on your credit card or $59 per day full coverage with a $200 hold on your card. Ended up paying $733 for entire trip. In Cancun there is no booth at the airport. Ace shares a space with Fox Car Rentals. Called them but they never sent a van. We finally walked our luggage across the street from the airport to find their office. The RAVs we rented were not coming until nightime. They only had one RAV in their inventory so they offered us the new Optimas.
